Medeli UP203/WH digital piano – 88 GAS-II hammer keys, white

Stylish Digital Piano for Home and Music Lessons

The Medeli UP203/WH is a modern digital piano with an elegant satin white finish. Its traditional piano cabinet, weighted keyboard, and integrated three-pedal system make this instrument particularly suitable for piano lessons, daily practice, and relaxed playing at home.

The UP203 is aimed at beginner to advanced pianists who want to combine a natural playing feel with the convenience of a digital piano.

GAS-II Keyboard with 88 Weighted Keys

The Graded Action Standard II keyboard features 88 touch-sensitive keys with a real hammer mechanism. The keys feel heavier in the lower register and gradually become lighter towards the higher notes. This closely matches the playing feel of an acoustic piano.

The touch sensitivity ensures that the sound responds directly to your playing strength. This allows you to perform both soft, subtle passages and powerful chords expressively.

Two Characterful Concert Grand Pianos

The UP203 includes piano sounds with the character of a German and a Japanese concert grand piano. This gives you the choice between a warm, full sound and a brighter, more direct piano character. A total of 30 instrument sounds are available.

Thanks to its 192-voice polyphony, even complex piano pieces, long pedal passages, and layered sounds remain clear and fully audible.

Layer, Split, and Twinova

The Layer function allows you to combine two sounds across the entire keyboard. With Split, different sounds can be assigned to the left and right parts. Twinova divides the keyboard into two equal playing zones with the same tonal range, which is particularly useful for piano lessons and playing together between teacher and student.

Built-in Rhythms and Practice Functions

The Medeli UP203 includes 50 rhythms and a music library with 100 songs. It also features a metronome, transposition, octave setting, and various tuning options. The built-in sequencer allows you to record one of your own performances.

USB Audio, MIDI, and PianoToolbox

Via USB-B, the piano sends both MIDI and audio data to a compatible computer or mobile device. This allows you to use the UP203 with lesson programs, virtual instruments, and recording software. The piano is also compatible with the Medeli PianoToolbox app for iOS and Android, which requires an appropriate cable connection.

Furthermore, the piano has MIDI Out, an audio input, a separate audio output, and two headphone jacks. This allows, for example, a teacher and student to listen simultaneously via headphones.

Powerful Stereo Sound and Three Pedals

The two built-in 20-watt amplifiers drive two 12 cm speakers, delivering clear stereo sound. The integrated three-pedal system offers sustain, sostenuto, and soft functions. The sustain pedal supports half-pedaling for nuanced control over note decay.
