Informatie
The Medeli UP405E/BK is a high-quality digital upright piano from the Forte Series, designed for pianists who want to combine a realistic playing feel with modern digital features. The instrument features an 88-key Grand Action 3-Sensor Premium (G3P) keyboard, 256-note polyphony, and a powerful built-in sound system.
The stylish Black Satin finish and the streamlined cabinet design make the UP405E/BK particularly suitable as a permanent piano for the home, music lessons, or the studio.
Grand Action 3-Sensor Premium G3P keyboard
The G3P keyboard has been developed to approximate the playing feel of an acoustic grand piano as accurately as possible. The 88 keys have a graded weight distribution: the keys feel heavier in the lower register and become gradually lighter towards the higher register.
The white keys have a finely textured ivory-feel surface and the black keys have a matte finish. Thanks to the extended key construction and the longer pivot point, the keyboard remains comfortable to play even when playing further back on the keys.
Three sensors and escapement
The 3-sensor detection system allows for fast note repetitions without the key having to return completely to its starting position. This is especially useful for fast trills and expressive passages.
In addition, the G3P keyboard features escapement simulation, which mimics the subtle resistance point of an acoustic grand piano mechanism.
40 voices and 256-note polyphony
The UP405E features 40 voices and a maximum polyphony of 256 notes. This ensures that even complex passages, use of sustain, and layered sounds remain clear and natural.
Powerful 4-speaker system
The internal sound system consists of two 12 cm speakers and two 5 cm speakers. These are driven by a 2 x 25 watt amplifier and together provide a broad and balanced piano sound.
OLED display and touch control
The 256 x 64 OLED display and the capacitive touch panel provide modern and intuitive control. Voices, effects, and other functions are therefore quickly accessible.
Play to Search with AI
With Play to Search, the piano can help you find music by playing a few notes. The built-in music library also contains 100 songs and 320 lesson songs, making the UP405E a versatile tool for study as well.
USB Audio & MIDI
Via USB-B, the UP405E supports both MIDI and digital audio. This allows you to connect the piano directly to compatible computers, recording software, and music applications. Via USB-A, external storage media up to 128 GB can be used.
Recording and audio playback
The piano supports audio recording in MP3 and WAV formats. For playback, MP3, WAV, and M4A files are supported. This allows you to easily create your own recordings or play along with existing audio material.
Three integrated pedals
The cabinet configuration is equipped with three piano pedals for soft, sostenuto, and sustain, providing you with the pedal functions you expect from a traditional piano.
