As the title suggests, this musical collage consists of Christmas carols – specifically Veni Emmanuel, Il est né le divin Enfant, Ding Dong! Merrily on High, and In Dulci Jubilo. Although the piece is written in a Grade 2 format – simple and for flexible instrumentation – the melodies alternate and are ingeniously combined. It is a challenging medley full of surprises and fun to play!
