NUX Mighty Plug Headphone Amplifier for Guitar and Bass
The NUX Mighty Plug is a compact modeling headphone amplifier for electric guitar, bass guitar, and electro-acoustic instruments. Connect it directly to your instrument, plug in headphones, and practice without a traditional amplifier. Thanks to its amp models, impulse responses, effects, rhythms, and Bluetooth connectivity, you'll have a complete practice setup anywhere you go.
Amp Models with TSAC-HD
The Mighty Plug includes 13 amp models for guitar and bass. The TSAC-HD white-box modeling algorithm emulates the dynamic response and negative feedback of traditional amplifier circuits, among other things. This ensures that the sound reacts naturally to your playing dynamics and instrument volume.
Cabinet Simulations with Impulse Responses
The 19 built-in impulse responses have a resolution of 512 samples and simulate various guitar and bass cabinets. Additionally, acoustic guitar IRs are available, which can give an electric guitar with magnetic pickups an acoustic character.

Extensive Effects Section

Stream music wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet and play along with songs, lessons, and backing tracks. Bluetooth can be used for both audio playback and control via the MightyAmp app.
Drum Rhythms and Metronome
The Mighty Plug includes ten drum rhythms and a metronome. These provide practical accompaniment for practicing timing, technique, and improvisation.
USB Audio for Recording
Through the Micro-USB port, the Mighty Plug can be used as an audio interface with a computer. This allows you to record the instrument signal directly without a separate audio interface. While recording, you'll hear both the instrument and the computer's sound through the connected headphones.
Suitable for Various Instruments
The headphone amplifier works with active and passive electric guitars and bass guitars. Electro-acoustic guitars and other instruments with a piezo or magnetic pickup can also be connected.
Rechargeable Battery and Power Saving
The built-in lithium battery provides up to approximately four hours of playtime. Automatic power saving switches off the device when no headphones or audio signal are detected for an extended period.
