The Salvador Cortez CC-80 is a loud and lively sounding instrument. Crafted entirely from solid tonewood, this guitar sounds more complex than laminate instruments. The mahogany sides and back sound friendly, more forgiving than rosewood, which is harder and clearer. For even more complexity and detail in tone with mahogany sides and back, the CC-90 is a good option. The CC-80 is the first all-solid guitar from Salvador Cortez and is unbeatable in its price range.
Like all Salvador Cortez guitars, this CC-80 also features a particularly pleasant neck profile and very comfortable playability. This good playability is guaranteed by the built-in truss rod.
