As an homage to the German school of classical guitar building, Salvador Cortez has crafted this guitar in flamed maple. The CS-65 has a unique character in both appearance and sound. The slightly drier character of the maple back and sides gives the guitar its distinctive personality. The high-quality top provides enough overtones and dynamic range to give the overall sound a very interesting quality that works fantastically for accompaniment.

Playability is fantastic, as with all Salvador Cortez guitars. The built-in truss rod ensures that Salvador Cortez guitars remain highly playable, in all seasons and over a long period of time.
