The sE/Neve RN17 is a pencil microphone developed in collaboration with Rupert Neve Designs, offering the highest achievable quality. This mic also features the world's first gold-sputtered 17mm capsule (the smallest gold-sputtered capsule in the world!). This capsule, combined with the undisputed quality of Rupert Neve Designs' high-end transformer-based electronic designs, results in an unprecedentedly detailed sound. The RN17 is, of course, supplied including a special design shockmount.
