At the heart of this microphone is the DMC7 capsule with a custom aluminum voice coil that captures vocals with crisp, natural detail and powerful feedback rejection. A patented integrated shockmount reduces handling noise, while the all-metal zinc alloy housing and stainless steel grille provide excellent reliability even on tour.

The V7 MC2 also comes with an internal windscreen (red and black) to reduce plosives and gold-plated contacts for a reliable, loss-free connection. With minimal processing, engineers can achieve a rich, full vocal mix every time.
