Terugbetalingsbeleid
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@dbmusicstore.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Retourneren en Herroepingsrecht, DB Musicstore Utrecht
Bij DB Musicstore Utrecht vinden wij het belangrijk dat je tevreden bent met je aankoop. Mocht een product toch niet aan je verwachtingen voldoen, dan kun je gebruikmaken van je wettelijke herroepingsrecht.
Herroepingsrecht
Je hebt het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren.
Na het aanmelden van je retour heb je vervolgens nog 14 dagen de tijd om het product naar ons terug te sturen.

Na ontvangst van je aanvraag informeren wij je over de verdere retourprocedure.
Voorwaarden voor retourneren
Tijdens de bedenktijd vragen wij je zorgvuldig met het product om te gaan. Je mag het product beoordelen zoals je dat ook in een fysieke winkel zou doen.
Retourneer het product indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk:
• Compleet
• Inclusief alle accessoires
• In de originele staat
• In de originele verpakking
Wanneer een product beschadigd is of gebruikssporen bevat die verder gaan dan nodig is om het product te beoordelen, kunnen wij een waardevermindering in rekening brengen.
Retourkosten
De kosten voor het retourneren van een bestelling zijn voor rekening van de klant.
Terugbetaling
Na ontvangst en controle van de retour betalen wij het volledige aankoopbedrag, inclusief de eventueel betaalde standaard verzendkosten van de heenzending, zo spoedig mogelijk terug.
Wij verwerken de terugbetaling uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen nadat je de retour hebt aangemeld.
Wij mogen wachten met terugbetalen totdat:
• Wij het geretourneerde product hebben ontvangen; of
• Je hebt aangetoond dat het product is verzonden.
De terugbetaling vindt plaats via dezelfde betaalmethode waarmee de oorspronkelijke bestelling is betaald, tenzij anders is overeengekomen.

Uitzonderingen
De volgende producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, tenzij sprake is van een fabricagefout of transportschade:
• Digitale downloads en softwarelicenties
• Op maat gemaakte of speciaal bestelde producten
• Producten die om hygiënische redenen zijn verzegeld en waarvan de verzegeling na levering is verbroken
• Andere producten waarvoor het wettelijke herroepingsrecht is uitgesloten
Indien een product niet geretourneerd kan worden, vermelden wij dit duidelijk op de betreffende productpagina.
Beschadigd of verkeerd geleverd?
Controleer je bestelling direct na ontvangst.
