Returns and Right of Withdrawal – DB Music Store
Not entirely satisfied with your order? No problem. At DB Music Store, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
How do I register a return?
Do you want to return a product? Please contact us via:

- your name;
- order number;
- and which product you wish to return.
We will then assist you with the return procedure.
Conditions for returns
We ask you to handle the product with care during the cooling-off period.
You may view and assess the product as you would in a store.
If reasonably possible, return the product:
- complete;
- with all accessories;
- in original condition;
- and in the original packaging.
If a product is damaged or shows clear signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a reduction in value may be charged.
Cost of returns
The costs for returning are at your own expense.
The shipping costs for a return package average approximately €7.45. For current rates, please check your carrier's website.
Refund
After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the full purchase amount including any standard shipping costs. We process refunds within 14 days at the latest after you have registered the return.
However, we may wait to refund until:
- we have received the product;
or - you have demonstrated that the product has been shipped.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order was paid with, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to returns
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or digital delivery.
For example:
- opened software;
- digital downloads or licenses;
- customized products;
- products whose seal has been broken and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
If a product cannot be returned, we will clearly state this on the product page.
