Electro-Harmonix OCTAVIX – fuzz pedal

The Octavix is EHX's modern homage to the classic '60s octave-fuzz, delivering a thick, explosive mix of overtone octaves and analog distortion. The pedal shines in psychedelic leads, fierce solos, and gritty riffs that gain extra character above the twelfth fret. The analog circuitry produces a slightly unstable, expressive upper octave that responds wonderfully to vibrato, bends, and double stops. With the 9V/24V switch, the pedal drastically changes character: 9V provides a compressed, sputtering vintage fuzz, while 24V offers more headroom and tighter low-end for better-defined chords. Thanks to the Tone and Boost controls, you can sculpt everything from garage-rock rawness to massive walls of fuzz. The Octavix retains the magical unpredictability of vintage octave pedals, but with modern reliability and flexibility.
