Ibanez BTB805MSFNL – 5-string electric bass guitar – Florid Natural Low Gloss

The Ibanez BTB805MSFNL in Florid Natural Low Gloss is a 5-string electric bass guitar from the BTB series. The BTB805MS represents the more luxurious multiscale segment of the BTB series, featuring a beautiful top, long sustain, and a wide range of adjustable tones. The construction combines a Poplar Burl top / Okoume-Ash wing body with a BTB5 multiscale, 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck with graphite rods, neck-through. The Bound Panga Panga fretboard, Abalone dot inlays, and 24 medium stainless steel frets + zero fret ensure a direct response and reliable playability, both for rhythmic and technical playing.

For tone shaping, this model is equipped with passive T1 neck and bridge pickups. A 3-band EQ, EQ-bypass, and 3-way mid-frequency switch allow for quick tone changes and precise instrument adjustment to amplifier, stage, or recording situations. The MR5S bridge with 18 mm string spacing supports stable tuning and efficient transfer of string vibrations.

The scale length is 939.8–889 mm / 37–35 inches multiscale, with a fretboard radius of 400 mm. The instrument comes standard with D’Addario NYXL single strings: .045/.055/.080/.100MS/.130MS. The finish is completed in Black. Hardshell case included; recommended gig bag IBB540-BK.
