Everest is the name of a restaurant on the fortieth floor of a skyscraper in Chicago. Jacob de Haan was inspired there by the excellent cuisine, the magnificent view of the skyline and the particularly pleasant atmosphere. This work is a beautiful homage to Chicago and to the chef of Everest.
