NUX DM-110 compact electronic drum kit
The NUX DM-110 is a compact electronic drum kit with mesh heads, a stable metal frame, and control via the free Drum Touch app. The kit is designed for beginner drummers and musicians who want to practice at home without taking up much space.
The mesh pads offer natural rebound and produce less acoustic playing noise than traditional drumheads. This makes the DM-110 very suitable for use in a home, bedroom, lesson environment, or compact rehearsal space.
Compact and adjustable design
The welded metal center section gives the frame stability, while the compact setup requires minimal floor space. The rods for the drum pads are adjustable in height and freely rotatable, allowing you to adapt the setup to your height and playing posture.
The layout is based on that of an acoustic drum kit, making the position of the snare, toms, and cymbals feel familiar.
Mesh snare and mesh toms
The kit consists of an 8-inch dual-zone mesh snare and three 8-inch mesh toms. The snare registers separate hits on the head and rim. The three toms feature single-zone triggering.
The tension of the mesh heads can be adjusted, allowing you to fine-tune the rebound and playing feel to your personal preference.
Three 10-inch cymbal pads
The hi-hat, crash, and ride are played on 10-inch cymbal pads. The dual-zone cymbals register hits on different playing zones and support a choke function, allowing you to mute the cymbal with your hand.
The separate hi-hat pedal allows you to switch between open and closed hi-hat sounds.
Kick pad for double pedal
The 6-inch rubber kick pad offers a realistic playing feel and can be used with a single or double bass drum pedal. A bass drum pedal is included.
Simple drum module
The compact drum module has three buttons for quick access to the most important settings. These control the volume, select a drum kit, and adjust the metronome tempo.
The module includes twelve pre-programmed drum kits for rock, blues, jazz, and metal, among others. Three user memories provide space for custom-assembled kits. A total of 96 sounds are available.
Control via the Drum Touch app
For more extensive control, connect the DM-110 to the free Drum Touch app for iOS and Android. Through the app, you can select and edit drum kits, manage your own configurations, and clearly set up the metronome.
Within the metronome, you can adjust the tempo, volume, time signature, rhythm patterns, and sound, among other things. A smartphone or tablet can be placed on the holder above the drum module.
USB audio and USB MIDI
Via USB, the drum module functions as a stereo audio interface, allowing you to record the drum sound directly into a DAW on a Mac or Windows computer.
USB MIDI enables the control of virtual drum instruments and other music software.
Mobile audio and video recording
Via the 3.5mm TRRS AUX connection, you can send the drum sound directly to a suitable smartphone. This allows you to simultaneously record video and audio for drum covers, practice videos, and live streams.
