Banjo with a guitar tuning
The SX BJ406 is a six-string guitar banjo: it's tuned like a guitar (E-A-D-G-B-E), but sounds like a banjo. For guitarists, it's the shortest route to the banjo sound — you don't have to learn a new tuning or new chords.
The okoumé body with flamed veneer and the Remo head give the instrument the bright attack and direct projection you'd expect from a resonator banjo. The finish is natural.
Comfortable neck
The nato wood neck with rosewood fingerboard feels familiar in the hand for guitarists. Includes padded gig bag.
